Litigation Attorney (Commercial Lease Experience)
Our client, a large restaurant franchise, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to provide temporary leave coverage and overflow support for its Business Tort Litigation team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee outside counsel
- Assist with discovery
- Facilitate pre-litigation counseling across a variety of litigation matters
Requirements
- Strong tort litigation background
- Experience overseeing outside counsel
- Experience managing commercial and premises liability matters preferred (direct premises liability experience not required)
- ASAP start, 20–40 hours per week, for an estimated two- to three-month duration, with potential for extension
- Fully remote position; candidates local to the San Francisco Bay Area are a plus
Pay
Hourly rate between $112 and $117. This range is an estimate; compensation will be based on qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
