Provide expert guidance and support to clients on various tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution. Work closely with clients to analyze their financial situations, identify tax-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Represent clients in tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities, striving to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law (JD), or related field
• Active license to practice law (for Tax Attorney candidates) or relevant tax certification (e.g., CPA, EA)
• Proven experience in tax consulting, planning, compliance, or dispute resolution
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
