Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Develop case strategy and provide legal guidance to clients
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Maintain organized case management and deadline compliance

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, courtroom advocacy, and client communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload
• Civil litigation experience preferred
