Litigation Attorney

About the role

We are currently partnered with a boutique law firm based in Pleasanton, CA, seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to build strong litigation experience in a supportive, high-quality-of-life environment with flexible work options.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate employment and general civil cases independently.
• Provide client-focused, collaborative, and strategic legal advice.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment by working closely with other attorneys and support staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of recent litigation experience.
• Employment litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Active California Bar membership required (must already be admitted).
• Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

Pay

• Option 1: 1,600 annual billable hours - Salary range: $125,000 - $160,000.
• Option 2: 1,850 annual billable hours - Salary range: $145,000 - $185,000.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. 100% remote option available for candidates outside commuting distance within California.
