About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team in Roseland. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing civil litigation matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have strong experience with municipal and government law, particularly in redevelopment, long-term tax exemption, and labor and employment (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Support senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including research and drafting pleadings and other legal documents.
- Handle all phases of discovery, depositions, and preparation of matters for trial.
- Attend court conferences.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with municipal and government law, specifically in redevelopment and long-term tax exemption.
- Experience in labor and employment law is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally.

Pay
Salary range: $130,000–$170,000 yearly, based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background.
