Job Details
- Handling all aspects of litigation, from initiation through trial and appeal.
- Representing clients in court and making regular court appearances.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and to stay updated on current laws and regulations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests and other legal documents.
- Managing cases, including investigating claims, evaluating damages, and negotiating settlements.
- Collaborating with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient and effective management of cases.
- Providing exceptional client service, including maintaining regular communication and providing updates on case progress.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in litigation.
- Proven experience in trial, personal injury, and legal research.
- Proficient in drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Exceptional courtroom presence with extensive experience making court appearances.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage a high-volume caseload and to work under pressure.
- Outstanding negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
