Role overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to manage their time effectively while working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings
- Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the CA bar
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents
- Strong analytical skills for effective legal research and case analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Lemon law
- Bilingual (Spanish or other language)

Pay & schedule
Full Time & Hybrid. Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
