Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings
• Manage client communications and provide practical legal guidance

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar membership, or the ability to become licensed promptly
• 2 to 8 years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases

Pay

$125,000 - $185,000 per year
