We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence for lawsuits, prepare legal documents, and advise clients on their legal rights.
• Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Negotiate settlements in complex litigation cases to avoid court proceedings and reduce costs for clients.
• Develop relationships with clients and work closely with them to understand their business objectives and legal needs.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the best representation for our clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, commercial litigation, business litigation, property litigation, and construction litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully litigating cases and negotiating settlements.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
