Hawley Troxell is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our Coeur d'Alene office.

About the role

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, a strong academic and professional background, excellent references, and exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal matters related to litigation
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Manage case files and coordinate with other legal professionals
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience
• Strong academic and professional background
• Excellent references
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Idaho or willing to obtain admission
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
