Responsibilities

• Oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence related to personal injury claims
• Negotiate settlement offers with clients and their representatives
• Work with your team to prepare demand letters and assist in settlement negotiations
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
• Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as necessary

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar License
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation attorney experience
• Trial experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A firm understanding of Florida personal injury law
• The ability to handle a large caseload and lead a legal team
• Effective leadership skills to build and manage a legal team
• Determination to achieve the best results for clients and win cases
• Possessing the ability to interact with clients during their time of need
• Possessing determination to achieve the best results for our clients and to win cases
• Possessing the ability to interact with clients during their time of need
• Possession of bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
