Responsibilities
- Oversee gathering necessary documents and evidence related to personal injury claims
- Negotiate settlement offers with clients and their representatives
- Work with your team to prepare demand letters and assist in settlement negotiations
- Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
- Provide guidance and counsel to clients through effective communication
- Handle medical reviews and negotiate settlements as necessary
- Must have strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must have a firm understanding of Florida Personal Injury law
- Must have the ability to handle a large caseload and demonstrate effective leadership skills
- Will be opening new files, creating litigation plans, and conducting discovery
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar License
- 5+ years of Personal Injury Litigation Attorney experience
- Trial experience is a plus
- Possess leadership skills to build and manage legal teams
- Ability to interact with clients during their time of need
- Determination to achieve the best results for our clients and win cases
- Being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
