Job Title Associate Attorney Summary A growing, women-owned boutique law firm is seeking associates who want meaningful case responsibility, real courtroom experience, and opportunities to build their trial skills. Our busy consumer litigation defense practice serves outstanding clients who value our work and trust us with their cases. Associates will also have opportunities to work on non-consumer matters, including coordinated and mass product liability actions, employment, and commercial litigation. Consumer warranty, federal court, and complex litigation experience are a plus. You'll work directly with experienced trial lawyers, handle cases from discovery through resolution, and contribute to case strategy. We're looking for strong writers and advocates who take ownership of their work, enjoy collaborating, and want to keep growing. Responsibilities Handle cases from discovery through resolution.Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning.Work directly with experienced trial lawyers.Participate in courtroom proceedings and develop trial skills.Handle consumer litigation defense matters.Gain opportunities to work on coordinated and mass product liability actions, employment, and commercial litigation.Attend necessary in-person court appearances, depositions, trials, and other case-related activities. Qualifications 3-7 years of litigation experience.Active membership in the California Bar.Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.Ability to take ownership of work and collaborate effectively.Interest in developing independent judgment and trial skills.Consumer warranty, federal court, and complex litigation experience are a plus.Strong litigators from a range of practice backgrounds are welcome.
