About the role
Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for litigation associates in our Morgantown, West Virginia office.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Taking depositions
- Handling complex discovery and ESI
- Preparing cases for trial
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of commercial litigation experience
- License to practice in West Virginia
- Familiarity with the West Virginia court system
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
