The West Coast Litigation practice group of Holland & Knight is seeking a litigation associate for its Seattle office. The firm’s litigation section offers a collegial atmosphere and tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters, including extensive research, writing, and analytical tasks.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support the team’s litigation strategy.
• Maintain high-quality work product in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of post‑law‑school experience in complex litigation.
• Strong academic background.
• Superior research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is encouraged.
• Member of, or willingness to become, the Washington State Bar.

Compensation

Pay range for this position in Seattle, Washington: $235,000 – $310,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
