About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time 3rd to 6th year Associate in the Litigation Practice of their Sacramento office.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, including state and federal court motions, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs, and appeals.
• Successfully argued motions.
• Taken and defended depositions.
• Trial preparation experience.
• Solid writing skills.
• Ability to be strategic and analytical.
• Experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates.
• Case management experience.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $350,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
