Litigation Associate (Mid to Senior Level) - PHX

About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT) is seeking a full-time Associate with 4th to 7th years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing issues, conducting research, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues for complex litigation.
• Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions.
• Trial preparation experience, including preparation of outlines and exhibits for direct and cross-examinations.
• Ability to be strategic, analytical, and work directly with clients.
• Case management experience, including running written discovery responses, document review and production, and working with experts.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Law Review/Journal and/or clerkship preferred.
• Candidates must have strong academic performance and be admitted to practice in Arizona.
