About the role

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate in its Minneapolis office. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients, large and small, from various industries across the country.
  • Participate in corporate trust and structured products litigation, finance and financial services litigation, white collar crime and internal investigations, products liability and mass torts, environmental litigation, and appellate specialties.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and growing practice within the Minneapolis office.
  • Handle complex litigation matters including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong attention to detail and research and writing skills.
  • Experience analyzing, researching, and drafting complex legal briefs.
  • In good standing with the Minnesota Bar or admitted as soon as practicable.

Qualifications

  • Admission to the Minnesota Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $285,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
