About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a dynamic full-time Litigation Practice Associate in its Minneapolis office. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients from various industries on complex litigation matters including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification motions, writs, and appeals.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft sophisticated legal briefs addressing intricate legal issues.
- Participate in a diverse and growing practice focusing on corporate trust and structured products litigation, finance and financial services litigation, white collar crime, internal investigations, products liability, mass torts, environmental litigation, and appellate specialties.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkship experience preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong attention to detail and research and writing skills.
- In good standing with the Minnesota Bar or admitted as soon as practicable.
Qualifications
- Admission to the Minnesota Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $285,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
