Clark Hill is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join our litigation practice in Southern California. The Associate can sit in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation practice experience
- Active California bar license
Skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 - $185,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
