About the role
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are required. Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is essential. Law firm experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and develop legal strategies
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
- Prepare and present oral arguments in court
- Draft and argue motions and pleadings
- Manage and review documents during discovery
- Represent clients in depositions and hearings
- Work closely with partners and other associates to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
California Bar required. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Law firm experience is preferred.
Qualifications
Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Must have a Mid-to-Senior level Litigation Associate experience.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $140,000 to $200,000+. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
