Litigation Associate - CA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters, including legal research, brief-writing, document production, and discovery.
• Draft motions, manage case strategy, and support trial preparation across commercial litigation matters.
• Collaborate with team members and attorneys across multiple disciplines to meet client objectives.
• Participate in thought leadership, including articles, speaking engagements, and client development activities.

Key Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• 3+ years of complex litigation experience.
• Experience with consumer class actions is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
