Litigation Associate

About the role

We are seeking a litigation associate with 5 to 7 years of commercial litigation experience, focusing on state and federal court matters such as antitrust, class action, and sophisticated legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Advancing cases independently
• Engaging in all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial
• Direct client interaction
• On-the-job court experience

Requirements

• Self-starter with excellent research and writing skills
• Florida bar admission required, preferably in the Southern District of Florida
• Excellent academic credentials
• Prior litigation experience

• Strong academic background
• Ability to work independently
