This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career while working alongside experienced litigators on a diverse range of civil matters throughout Alabama and Florida. Job Description As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will manage and support a variety of civil litigation matters while providing exceptional legal representation and client service. This position is fully on-site and offers mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Manage case files from inception through resolution.Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.Maintain strong client relationships and provide outstanding legal service. Position Requirements Hard Skills Active license to practice law (required).Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience preferred.Experience handling civil matters in Alabama and/or Florida.Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
