Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files from inception through resolution.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide outstanding legal service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
• Active license to practice law required.
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling civil matters in Alabama and/or Florida.
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
