Areas of Practice The attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, including: Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) Premises Liability, including Slip and Fall Claims Medical Malpractice Commercial Litigation General Civil Litigation Key Responsibilities Handle litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and case documentation. Collaborate with partners, associates, and legal support staff. Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Qualifications Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in one or more of the practice areas listed above. Must be licensed to practice law in both New York and Massachusetts. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case preparation. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
