Responsibilities
- Handle hearings independently.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal briefing.
- Assist with trial preparation.
- Participate in trial as second or third chair as needed.
- Handle cases from start to finish (a plus).
- Learn probate law if no prior experience in that area.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good judgment.
