Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex corporate, commercial and securities litigation
- Handle matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Defend class and derivative actions
- Advis[e] special committees and boards on fiduciary duty matters
- Support federal and state securities fraud litigation
- Work on bankruptcy-related disputes, valuation proceedings and statutory appraisal actions
- Advis[e] on insurance acquisition transactions from litigation and regulatory perspectives
Who You Are
- Class of 2020–2022 Associate
- Strong litigation experience, ideally with exposure to the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Experience in corporate governance, securities or complex commercial disputes preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills
- Admitted to practice in Delaware or eligible for admission
Compensation
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
