About the role
Kobre & Kim is seeking a corporate and commercial litigation associate with experience in Delaware state courts, particularly the Court of Chancery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delaware federal courts and possess robust writing, drafting, and editing skills.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex, high-stakes corporate and commercial matters with a cross-border element.
- Lead counsel on strategic and innovative legal strategies to solve clients' real problems.
- Collaborate on cross-border teams handling criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, civil and commercial litigation, class actions, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the firm's innovative legal solutions and push boundaries in global markets.
Requirements
- Graduated law school between 2023 - 2019
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar
- Strong litigation experience in Delaware state courts, particularly in the Court of Chancery
- Federal, Chancery, or Delaware Supreme Court clerkship is beneficial
- Experience in Delaware federal courts not required, but is a plus

Pay
The salary range for this role is US $260,000 – US $420,000, based on a full-time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
