This role suits an attorney with a solid insurance defense foundation who wants to manage a high-volume caseload, build first-chair experience, and grow with the firm. Why join us? Competitive salary commensurate with experience Merit increases and productivity-based bonuses Hybrid flexibility available at management's discretion Excellent benefits package Collegial environment at a fast-growing firm with room to advance Billable requirement: 2,000 hours Job Details What You'll Do Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, primarily personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases, with exposure to coverage, general casualty, bad faith, and appeals Own files from intake through resolution, including written discovery, fact and expert depositions, and motion practice Evaluate cases and provide clear, timely reporting to insurance clients Serve as trial counsel in appropriate matters What You Bring 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience, with insurance defense casework (PI, MVA) required Active Ohio bar license in good standing Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills Comfort managing a high volume of files independently while collaborating with firm leadership Interested in hearing more?
