Litigation Associate Attorney (Writs)

Responsibilities

• Experience with writs of mandate, municipal civil litigation, and land use litigation is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Significant experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and handling matters independently.
• This position may be based in any of our California offices.

Requirements

• Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience.

Skills

• Excellent writing skills.

Benefits

Reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an attorney with 5 or more years of experience is $137,500 - $200,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
