About the role
This role is ideal for an attorney who values analytical thinking, accuracy, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will play a critical role in advancing cases, producing polished written work, and providing practical, well-reasoned guidance to clients.What You’ll Do
- Independently manage and advance an active litigation caseload
- Draft, review, and finalize motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
- Take and defend depositions
- Contribute to trial preparation and case strategy
- Provide structured legal analysis and practical client guidance
- Communicate proactively with clients and team members regarding case status and deadlines
- Maintain organized case materials and meet deadlines consistently
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of litigation experience
- Active Colorado bar license
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and consistency
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Experience in commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range - $145,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly Bonus Potential - from 3% to 16% of total realized revenue with no billable hour requirements. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
