Litigation Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive complex litigation skill set.
• Engage in legal research and brief writing.
• Manage document production and discovery processes.
• Collaborate with team members to support the growth of the practice.
• Contribute to articles and participate in speaking engagements.
• Engage in client development activities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school with a JD or LLM.
• Admitted in California.
• At least 2 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
• Experience in both California state and federal court proceedings.
• Prior experience in consumer class action law is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000. This position is bonus eligible. Mintz offers a comprehensive benefits package.
