Litigation Associate
Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive complex litigation skill set.
- Engage in legal research and brief writing.
- Manage document production and discovery processes.
- Collaborate with team members to support the growth of the practice.
- Contribute to articles and participate in speaking engagements.
- Engage in client development activities.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school with a JD or LLM.
- Admitted in California.
- At least 2 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
- Experience in both California state and federal court proceedings.
- Prior experience in consumer class action law is preferred.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000. This position is bonus eligible. Mintz offers a comprehensive benefits package.
