Litigation Associate

About the role

A motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to handle a broad range of dispute resolution and contentious matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files and contentious matters, including court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercially sound advice
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and contracts
• Advise clients on civil and commercial matters
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective legal solutions

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to adopt legal technology tools is preferred
• Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach
