About the role
Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact legal work.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership on matters
- Aiding in case management
- Helping shape case strategy
- Advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce
Requirements
- Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience
- Clerkship experience is a plus
- A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and are admitted to the California Bar
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
- Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities
- Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of commercial or complex litigation matters

Pay
The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The salary range for our Associate position is $310,000-420,000.
Schedule
The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week.
