Litigation Associate

About the role

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact legal work.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership on matters
• Aiding in case management
• Helping shape case strategy
• Advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce

Requirements

• Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience
• Clerkship experience is a plus
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and are admitted to the California Bar
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities
• Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of commercial or complex litigation matters

Pay

The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The salary range for our Associate position is $310,000-420,000.

Schedule

The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week.
