Mercer is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Administer and maintain the company’s benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and provide training to management on relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
