Mercer is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day employee relations, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on workplace issues.
  • Administer and maintain the company’s benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, and provide training to management on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
