About the role
The Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant supports attorneys in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive litigation support and managing practice operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
- Coordinate depositions, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain attorney calendars
- Aid in billing, time entry, and expense reporting
- Run conflict checks, open new matters, and maintain client files
- Support overall practice operations by anticipating next steps and managing deadlines and priorities
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- 5+ years of litigation legal administrative experience within a law firm
- Experience with state and federal e-filing, including familiarity with CO, TX, and CA courts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management, billing, and time entry systems

Benefits
- Salary/Wage Range: $70,000 - $95,000 annually
