Responsibilities

  • Transform team-generated leads into confirmed listing consultations.
  • Utilize established methods to obtain appointments from expired listings and FSBOs.
  • Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to enhance their home’s market value.
  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch training program.
  • Engage actively in team meetings and follow established team guidelines.
  • Participate consistently in weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
  • Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other critical listing services.
  • Negotiate offers on sellers’ behalf to secure the best possible results.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client communications and activities through PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Comfortable and skilled in overcoming objections.
  • Communicate effectively with a commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Coeoperative and supportive team player.
  • Must hold a valid TX real estate license.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to learn continuously and focused on professional development.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize scripts and dialogues.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time efficiently.

Pay

$65,000 - $125,000 USD yearly

Schedule

This is a commission based position.
