Buyers Agent for Top Producing Team (Hunt County)

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE's established lead generation strategies
• Host open house events
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
• Maintain and manage client information using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas real estate license
• Natural drive for sales and competitive edge
• Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
• Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service
