Buyers Agent for Top Producing Team (Sulphur Springs Area)

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in finding and purchasing suitable residential properties.
• Conduct market research and provide clients with relevant information about available properties and market trends.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, emphasizing key features and benefits.
• Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed and address any concerns.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Real Estate License.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a related real estate role.
• Strong knowledge of the Sulphur Springs real estate market and surrounding areas.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM software and MLS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$60,000 - $100,000 USD annually.
