Responsibilities

• Transform team-generated listing leads into scheduled appointments.
• Implement our established method to turn expired listings and FSBOs into appointments.
• Advise sellers on the benefits our team offers to achieve the highest sale price for their home.
• Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
• Engage in team activities in accordance with team standards.
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services.
• Negotiate offers effectively on behalf of your sellers.
• Maintain records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
