About the role
This position is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced computing solutions in a heterogeneous environment. We use a wide array of Linux and Windows systems in a tightly integrated environment with a focus on security and high performance computing.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced computing solutions in a heterogeneous environment using Linux and Windows systems.
- Design, implement, and sustain containerized and virtualized machine architectures.
- Apply security controls under the Risk Management Framework.
- Work with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman in production environments.
- Understand and apply computer network concepts, including network hardware, cable management, and IP address management.
- Support complex computing systems across various aspects of the environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both orally and in writing.
- Work independently and in a team environment, comfortable without immediate supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of experience, or Associate degree and 6-8 years, or High School diploma and 8 or more years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Current DoD 8140/8570 compliant IA certification for IAT II (Security+CE or higher).
- Must hold current Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain Top Secret and Special Access Programs clearance.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman, in production environments.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and sustainment of containerized and Virtualized Machine (VM) architectures.
- Demonstrated understanding of computer network concepts (network hardware, cable management, IP address management).
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communications, both written and oral.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $87,100.00 - $157,450.00, with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
