Responsibilities
- Safely handle aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Support a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- A valid driver’s license and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
- A courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic.
- Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.
- Direct line and ramp experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine.
- The ability to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role.
- A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service.
- The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure.
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right enjoys working outdoors.

Pay
The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $18 - 20 hourly which is equivalent to $37,000 - $41,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.
Schedule
Aviation operates on a dynamic schedule—things can change fast, and our success depends on team members who can adapt. We are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic, around-the-clock operation and are open to working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the operation, customers, and crews. We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly. The 1st shift (morning 6 am - 2 pm) will be the initial assignment, with the potential for changes over time as our business needs and opportunities evolve. Training for this role is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks. Once initial training is successfully completed, you will transition to the assigned shift.
