Main Responsibilities
- Safely handle aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Support a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
Day to Day Operations
- Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards.
- Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.
- Aid in aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting.
- Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision.
- Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties.
- Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs.
- Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- We formally operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.
- The 3rd shift (overnight 10 – 6 am) will be the initial assignment, with the potential for changes over time as our business needs and opportunities evolve.
- Training for this role is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks. During the training period, hours may differ from the assigned shift listed based on operational and training needs. Once initial training is successfully completed, you will transition to the assigned shift.
- The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be as follows: $20 - 21.50 hourly which is equivalent to $41,000 - $44,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk or sit.
- The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas.
- The work environment is usually moderate with occasionally high volume when aircraft arrive/depart.
- The employee is frequently exposed to vibrations. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace.
- The employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions.
