Main Responsibilities
- Safely handle aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Support a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
Day to Day Operations
- Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards.
- Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.
- Auxiliary tasks such as towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting aircraft.
- Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision.
- Keep facilities stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties.
- Participate in safety and quality programs to support a strong safety-first culture.
- Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to maintain smooth and safe operations.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- We operate 24 hours daily, 7 days weekly.
- The 1st shift (morning 6 am - 2 pm) will be the initial assignment, with potential for changes over time.
- Training for this role is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks.
- The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums.
- The baseline range for this non-exempt position will be $21 - 22 hourly, equivalent to $43,000 - $45,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus up to 5% of annual salary.
