Line Producer, Hybrid Production

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a hospitality and recreation environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Customize and oversee hybrid production schedules throughout project life cycles
• Develop detailed production schedules in collaboration with show leadership
• Manage budgeting and cost reporting for hybrid workflows, assessing risks regularly
• Build a diverse team, aiding in staffing projections and recruitment strategies
• Initiate and manage agreements with creatives and partners for hybrid projects
• Ensure alignment between creative and production goals for hybrid sequences
• Oversee logistics, coordinating support for hybrid production tasks and assignments
• Lead proactive communication on project progress and risks related to hybrid productions
• Facilitate organized wraps for hybrid projects, focusing on lessons learned

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in physical production and/or VFX production, preferably as a Line Producer or equivalent role
• Expert knowledge of production pipelines, VFX, and hybrid workflows
• Strong skills in bidding, budgeting, and scheduling for complex projects
• Excellent project management capabilities with clear client communication
• Experience in managing relationships and expectations in vendor contexts
• Vendor management experience is a bonus

Pay

$250,000 – $400,000 annually
