Role Overview
This position involves closing insurance sales through a consultative, client-first approach, focusing on multi-line policies and maximizing premiums. You will handle inbound live-transfer calls, aiming for one life policy per month, with no cold calling involved.
Responsibilities
- Engage with 4+ inbound calls daily, closing deals on the spot using a one-call-close mindset.
- Cross-sell and bundle policies to increase premium and client savings.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up on quotes not closed immediately.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals.
- Leverage multi-carrier access to find the best coverage options for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active California P&C and Life & Health licenses with at least 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong sales record with real production history.
- Disciplined pipeline management and a client-focused, consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and proficient in Property and Casualty Insurance.
Additional Details
- The role offers a base pay plus uncapped tiered commissions, renewal commissions, and bonuses for cross-sell and bundling.
- The position is on-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid setup, and involves working with multiple carriers to maximize sales opportunities.
