Creative Producer (Hybrid)

Information Technology$45–$50/hrContract
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes description after location: "Are you an energetic...". That's prose about role. Could be "About the role". Then Responsibilities (list). Then Qualifications (list). Then maybe Pay? There's compensation range "$45 - 50 per hour". Also mention "Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors..." and benefits description. So we have Pay and Benefits sections. Also Schedule? Not mentioned. So include Pay and Benefits sections. Also maybe "Job Type: Contract" and "Location: New York, New York". Those are metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with location, job type, compensation range maybe? But compensation range we will put in Pay section. So location and job type can be in a short p. We must not repeat job title as heading. The title is Creative Producer (implied). Not to repeat. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the description paragraphs, responsibilities list, qualifications list, pay info, benefits info. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. Possibly also Skills? Not separate; qualifications cover skills. We'll not add empty sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list. We need to use

for prose. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

Are you an energetic, hands-on producer passionate about shaping the visual language of the beauty industry? Our client is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end-to-end creation of high-converting assets, ranging from macro product demos to cutting-edge AI visualizations! Step into this dynamic role to bridge the gap between creative vision and high-speed production to bring stunning beauty content to life. *This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend.*

    Responsibilities

    • Content Creation & Creative Execution
      • Production Scope: Lead the end-to-end production of low-funnel assets, including macro photography (textures/shades), educational stills, before/afters, and "torture tests" (wear-tests, waterproof demos).
      • Video Mastery: Oversee video production focused on routines and efficacy demos in a social-first register.
      • Innovation: Integrate AI-driven technology for product visualization and advanced demos to keep the brand at the forefront of digital beauty.
      • Quality Management: Act as the "guardian of look & feel" throughout pre-production and on set, providing real-time input on lighting, application, and aesthetic quality to ensure every asset feels premium yet accessible.
    • Pre-Production & Strategic Alignment
      • Marketing Partnership: Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to align on the "Shot List" and ensure all business priorities are captured, and to ensure shoot briefs are completed with makeup/styling briefs and validated "shot" intentions.
      • Creative Briefing: Author comprehensive shoot briefs that clearly communicate the objective, visual direction, and technical requirements to internal and external crews.
      • Product Logistics: Responsible for the sourcing and management of all physical products needed for shoots (formulas, specific shades, competitive "comps," and working vs. non-working components). Responsible for overseeing the status and launch details for all products being managed, with proactivity and collaboration with the Marketing Teams.
    • On-Set Leadership & "Run of Show"
      • Shoot Management: Direct the "Run of Show" during production days, ensuring the schedule is met and the creative vision is executed flawlessly, prioritizing business critical shots as needed.
      • Problem Solving: Rapidly troubleshoot on-set challenges, from shade-matching issues to technical production shifts.
    • Post-Production & Delivery
      • Post-Production Pipeline: Channel all assets through the retouching and editing process.
      • Speed-to-Market: Maintain a high-velocity workflow, ensuring all assets are retouched, approved, and delivered on time for global launches.
But we need to keep it simple: maybe just a flat list of responsibilities as bullet points, not nested. However the instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists, but we can keep flat. Simplify: each responsibility as a bullet. Let's extract responsibilities from text: - Lead the end-to-end production of low-funnel assets, including macro photography (textures/shades), educational stills, before/afters, and "torture tests" (wear-tests, waterproof demos). - Oversee video production focused on routines and efficacy demos in a social-first register. - Integrate AI-driven technology for product visualization and advanced demos to keep the brand at the forefront of digital beauty. - Act as the "guardian of look & feel" throughout pre-production and on set, providing real-time input on lighting, application, and aesthetic quality to ensure every asset feels premium yet accessible. - Collaborate closely with Marketing teams to align on the "Shot List" and ensure all business priorities are captured, and to ensure shoot briefs are completed with makeup/styling briefs and validated "shot" intentions. - Author comprehensive shoot briefs that clearly communicate the objective, visual direction, and technical requirements to internal and external crews. - Responsible for the sourcing and management of all physical products needed for shoots (formulas, specific shades, competitive "comps," and working vs. non-working components). Oversee the status and launch details for all products being managed, with proactivity and collaboration with the Marketing Teams. - Direct the "Run of Show" during production days, ensuring the schedule is met and the creative vision is executed flawlessly, prioritizing business critical shots as needed. - Rapidly troubleshoot on-set challenges, from shade-matching issues to technical production shifts. - Channel all assets through the retouching and editing process. - Maintain a high-velocity workflow, ensuring all assets are retouched, approved, and delivered on time for global launches. That's fine. Qualifications list: - 3+ years of experience in content production, creative agency, or brand-side beauty production. - A deep understanding of makeup application, formula textures, and the visual language of the beauty industry. - Highly organized with the ability to manage complex "Shot Lists" and product logistics simultaneously. - Interest in or experience with AI tools for content enhancement and product visualization. - A "welcoming and relatable" collaborator who can lead a set with confidence and partner effectively with diverse marketing teams. - The ability to manage absolute oversight of the production pipeline; proactively manage feedback loops to ensure no request remains unaddressed. - Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, concurrent projects at varying stages of completion without sacrificing quality or detail. Pay section: Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour. Also note: Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. We can include that as prose. Benefits: Cella by randstad digital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility). We'll put that as list. We must not include EEO, accommodation, etc. Now produce HTML. Let's construct:
