Creative Producer

About the role

We’re hiring an experienced YouTube Producer to join the team behind Stephen Sharer, a large-scale family-friendly entertainment creator. This is a hands-on production role for someone who understands how to take a YouTube video from idea to execution and can help manage fast-moving shoots, creative development, logistics, and the overall production process.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute long-form YouTube video concepts
• Turn creative ideas into organized, shoot-ready production plans
• Coordinate locations, props, talent, schedules, equipment, and production logistics
• Build and manage production timelines and call sheets
• Work closely with Stephen and the creative team during pre-production and filming
• Keep shoots organized, moving efficiently, and on schedule
• Anticipate production needs and solve problems quickly on set
• Help ensure concepts have strong hooks, escalation, pacing, and payoff
• Coordinate with editors and the post-production team to ensure the original creative vision carries through to the final video
• Help continuously improve production systems and workflows

Requirements

• Experience producing YouTube, digital entertainment, IRL, challenge, vlog, or creator-led content
• Strong understanding of what makes long-form YouTube content engaging
• Excellent organization and production management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Creative thinker who can also handle logistics and execution
• Resourceful and able to solve problems quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creator environment
• Self-starter who can take ownership without needing constant direction
• Must be based in Miami or able to work on-site in Miami

Experience working with large YouTube creators or high-volume digital productions is a major plus.

Pay

$70,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
