We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: Who We Are, The Challenge, The Role, What You'll Do, Contract Details, Requirements. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings? It says e.g., meaning examples. We need to include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections apply. We have content: Who We Are (company description) maybe not needed as heading? Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for role description. We have "The Role" section describing responsibilities. Could map to "About the role" or "Responsibilities". We have "What You'll Do" which is responsibilities. Could map to "Responsibilities". We have "Requirements" section. That's a heading. We have "Contract Details" includes pay, schedule, location, travel. Could map to "Pay" and "Schedule" and maybe "Benefits"? No benefits mentioned. So we can include Pay and Schedule sections if they have specific content. The posting says: "The hourly pay is between $65/hr-$75/hr". That's specific pay. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: "Commitment: Approx. 40 hours per week", "Duration: Through end of December", "Location: Miami, New York City, Chicago or Boston", "Travel requirements: Regular domestic travel and onsite work, including some evenings and weekends during installations and launches". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We should not include Benefits if not mentioned. Qualifications? Could be part of Requirements. Skills? Could be part of Requirements. But we should avoid thin sections. Probably best to have sections: About the role (or Responsibilities), Requirements, Pay, Schedule. Maybe also "About the company"? Not required. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting within those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

About the role

... description of role ...

But we need to ensure we include all details: Who We Are, The Challenge, The Role, What You'll Do, Contract Details, Requirements. We could combine Who We Are and The Challenge into About the role? Might be better to have a section "About the role" containing role description and maybe company context. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include them in paragraphs. Let's outline: About the role: include Who We Are, The Challenge, The Role description (own assigned activation workstreams, anchor assignment Miami activation, support three additional activations, partner with creative leads, translate designs, manage vendors, resolve issues, ideal for experiential agency producer, calm under pressure, etc.) Responsibilities: could be What You'll Do (Activation Production Own, Plan, Translate, Vendors, Budgets & Logistics, Cross-Functional & Onsite Delivery). That is a list of duties. We'll put as
  • . Requirements: the bullet list under Requirements. Pay: hourly pay between $65/hr-$75/hr. Schedule: commitment approx 40 hrs/week, duration through end of December, location options, travel requirements. We should not include Benefits. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's craft. We need to avoid repeating content. Ensure we capture all details. Let's extract details: Who We Are: - Museum of Ice Cream is an inclusive & immersive brand, designed to captivate your sweetest fantasy and sugar-filled daydreams online and IRL. - Invite you to believe in the magic of creativity, remind you that inclusive spaces do exist, show you that childlike wonder is worth savoring. - In our world, ice cream is the agent of change and the vehicle to ignite the creative spirit that lives in all of us. - Fueled by the power of imagination, MOIC is a universe of possibilities with tons of room for you to explore. The Challenge: - MOIC creates immersive experiences that bring people together through imagination, connection and ice cream. - This winter, MOIC will deliver four major brand activations across multiple museums, each with ambitious creative ideas, complex partner commitments and immovable launch dates. - Looking for a hands-on Creative Producer who can turn approved ideas into exceptional physical experiences. - This person will lead production of a major Miami cultural activation in December while supporting three additional brand activations across our portfolio. - Mid-level individual-contributor role for someone who knows how activations actually get made. - Right person can build the workback, manage vendors and budgets, translate creative intent into production requirements, anticipate risk and keep internal teams, partners and museum Operations moving toward launch. The Role: - As Creative Producer, you will independently own assigned activation workstreams from approved concept through fabrication, installation, launch and closeout. - Accountable for the plan, budget tracking, production quality, communication and readiness of your projects. - Anchor assignment will be the production of a high-visibility Miami activation in December. - At the same time, you will support three additional winter brand activations, helping the Senior Creative Producer distribute work, maintain visibility across the portfolio and protect every external commitment. - Partner with creative leads to preserve the idea while making it achievable. - Translate designs into scopes, specifications and execution plans; manage the people and vendors required to deliver them; and resolve issues quickly without allowing quality, safety, schedule or partner expectations to slip. - Ideal for an experiential agency producer who is calm under pressure, excellent with details and energized by turning ambitious creative into a real guest experience. - Should be comfortable owning the work while knowing when to escalate a decision or risk. What You'll Do: Activation Production Own: - Lead assigned activations from creative approval through sourcing, fabrication, installation, live operation and strike or handoff Plan: - Build detailed scopes, workbacks, budgets, responsibility matrices, production schedules and launch-readiness checklists Translate: - Turn creative concepts and partner commitments into clear technical requirements, deliverables, vendor briefs and onsite execution plans Vendors, Budgets & Logistics: - Source: Identify, brief and manage fabricators, printers, installers, rental companies, venues, caterers and other production partners - Control: Obtain and reconcile estimates, purchase requirements and change orders; track committed and forecasted spend against approved project budgets - Coordinate: Manage samples, proofs, materials, dimensions, floor plans, technical drawings, shipping, site access, loading, deliveries and installation logistics - Document: Keep schedules, production decks, budgets, decisions, specifications, vendor details and project status current in shared systems Cross-Functional & Onsite Delivery: - Align: Create a clear operating rhythm within Marketing across Creative and Brand Partnerships, and cross-functionally with Experience Design, museum Operations, external partners and vendors - Protect: Track contractual deliverables and approvals with Brand Partnerships, flag scope changes and ensure production stays aligned with the approved creative and partner expectations - Deliver Onsite: Lead or support site visits, installs, technical rehearsals, activation launches and issue resolution in market - Manage Risk: Surface schedule, cost, quality, safety and operational risks early, recommend solutions and escalate decisions with enough time to act Contract Details: - This is a temporary contractor role - The hourly pay is between $65/hr-$75/hr - Commitment: Approx. 40 hours per week - Duration: Through end of December - Location: Miami, New York City, Chicago or Boston - Travel requirements: Regular domestic travel and onsite work, including some evenings and weekends during installations and launches - Please note: While multiple job postings may appear, this is for one open hire need. Candidates must be located in Miami, New York City, Chicago or Boston Requirements: - What you bring - 4-6 years of hands-on experience producing experiential marketing activations, branded installations, pop-ups, events, retail environments, museums or other physical consumer experiences - A portfolio or case studies demonstrating personal ownership of complex, high-quality activations from planning through onsite execution - Experience managing several concurrent projects with fixed launch dates, multiple stakeholders and meaningful external partner expectations - Strong vendor-management experience across fabrication, graphics, environmental production, events, installation and logistics - Working knowledge of production budgets, estimates, purchase processes, change orders and cost reconciliation - The ability to read floor plans, elevations, dimensions, specifications and basic technical or shop drawings - Excellent organization, communication and judgment, with the confidence to drive follow-up, make recommendations and escalate risk clearly - Availability for regular domestic travel and onsite work, including evenings or weekends when required for installation, launch or live activation support We need to exclude boilerplate like "Please note: While multiple job postings may appear, this is for one open hire need." That's maybe minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p for that note if we want, but it's minor metadata. Could drop it. Probably drop. Also "Candidates must be located in Miami, New York City, Chicago or Boston" appears both in Contract Details and Requirements (availability). It's substantive; we should keep. We need to avoid repeating same info. We'll keep location in Schedule section maybe. Now craft HTML. We'll have:

    About the role

... combine Who We Are, The Challenge, The Role ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet ...

    Requirements

    • ... each bullet ...

    Pay

The hourly pay is between $65/hr-$75/hr.

    Schedule

Commitment: Approx. 40 hours per week. Duration: Through end of December. Location: Miami, New York City, Chicago or Boston. Travel requirements: Regular domestic travel and onsite work, including some evenings and weekends during installations and launches.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The note about temporary contractor role. That's contract type; maybe we can include in Schedule or a separate short p under Schedule? Could add to Schedule: "This is a temporary contractor role." Or we could add a short p under Schedule. Let's include in Schedule sentence. Also "Please note: While multiple job postings may appear, this is for one open hire need." is minor metadata; we can drop. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any details from What You'll Do sub-bullets. We'll convert each bullet to
  • . Might need to group under subheadings? Not required; just list. We'll produce a flat list of responsibilities. Let's extract each bullet: Activation Production Own: - Lead assigned activations from creative approval through sourcing, fabrication, installation, live operation and strike or handoff Plan: - Build detailed scopes, workbacks, budgets, responsibility matrices, production schedules and launch-readiness checklists Translate: - Turn creative concepts and partner commitments into clear technical requirements, deliverables, vendor briefs and onsite execution plans Vendors, Budgets & Logistics: - Source: Identify, brief and manage fabricators, printers, installers, rental companies
