Compensation Package Base Salary: $100,000+Work Arrangement: Fully remote Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in commercial lines insurance.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets of $100,000 or more.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Producer with a history of generating $100,000+ in annual revenue.Strong skills in new-business development, prospecting, and relationship management.Established network of client and business-development relationships.Ability to work independently and manage the sales process effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
